When purchasing anything, but especially fashion, I love to choose the most sustainable and eco-friendly. 

Fashion is constantly changing and is a fast paced world, and although I don't take part in fast fashion and 

instead choose more timeless and classic pieces, I still like to make sure I'm helping the environment in 

whatever way I can. In regards to accessories I go for pieces that will last a lifetime and a watch is my

Nordgreen has a giving back program that provides of 6500 months of education to children in India,

75% of their team is from all over the globe to ensure they have a diverse team with full respect. With 

overseas production they make sure their facilities are being held to the highest standards and following 

the Danish labor practices. By planting thousands of trees they have offset their carbon emissions 

generated at their offices in Copenhagen, and equally each of their shipments have been offset, making 

them carbon neutral. Nordgreen's packaging is completely sustainable and FSC certified. With the boxes 

being made from cardboard and the felt being made from recycled plastic bottles.

Overall they have 5 styles to choose from. From there you can chose the colour of the face, dial and size. 

The main form of customisation is their incredible range of watch straps. You can choose anything from; 

nylon, mesh, leather and even vegan leather, whilst then having your choice of colour. The watch straps 

are completely interchangeable which makes it perfect to customise as you go along and changing the 

overall style of the watch depending on your style.

I chose the women's philosopher watch with a white face and silver dials in the 36mm size. I loved all of 

the watch straps that they have to offer, however I personally chose the dove grey vegan leather, for a 

more sustainable and eco-friendly approach. So much detail and love have gone into creating these 

watches and it truly shows. I am proud to have found an incredible company that is so eco-initiative,
