Garnier Micellar Cleansing Gel

Micellar water always sounded like a bit of a con to me. How could something that was mainly
water, cleanse your skin and remove your makeup? However this was until I tried out the Garnier micellar water. I hated using face wipes but couldn't find anything that was good at removing all
of my makeup. I have used the micellar water since Garnier released their own, but when I saw
that they had bought it out in a gel form, I was very intrigued to say the least.

When I first saw this, I originally thought it was a face wash and didn't think anything else of it. When I noticed that it was a cleansing gel and you can use it to take off my makeup I knew I had to have it. I am always interested in products that take of you makeup in different ways such as; gels, waters, balms or creams as face wipes don't remove makeup and can leave your skin feeling awful.

As this is a gel consistency it is quite thick, but when this is on the skin it lathers up to be thick and nourishing. This helps to remove the makeup quickly and not only removes the makeup on the surface but also makeup that is further down, that doesn't always get removed.

This cleanser is for sensitive skin, however I think they will bring out more cleansing gels that are aimed at different skin types, just like the micellar water. If you are looking for a new way to remove your makeup or you are interested in trying this out, I would definitely recommend this.
