I've done 2 posts like this now, and I've really enjoyed writing them. Getting to sit down and reflect on the
positives, what I'm loving and what I'm grateful for. It's so easy to get wrapped up in the negatives and
forget all the good in your life. Another persons happy list doesn't have to make sense to you and it doesn't
have to be huge obvious things. The little things in life are often what makes the biggest difference. I love how quick these are to write but how positive they leave me feeling!
