Books I've purchased lately | Gifted

Book shopping and reading books are two very different hobbies. Although I love reading, book shopping
takes the cake and I buy more books that I can keep up with. I purchase about 3 -5 books on average per
month, but with quick stop at The Works and Amazon Prime Day, its been a lot more than that recently.

I am also very thankful to be sent books occasionally, from publishers or book box subscriptions such as
A Box of Stories*. I've been lucky enough to work with A Box of Stories* a few times over the last few
months, being sent their young adult boxes. A box of Stories* is a book subscription that sends out curated
boxes with popular or recent book titles, different to each individual. With 7 different genre themed boxes
to choose from there is something for everyone.

What is your latest book purchase?

  1. I'm lucky that my mum buys loads of books and then I get to borrow them which saves me money haha! There's loads on that list I haven't read though so I'll have a look!

    1. Definitely a perk! Me and my mom have completely different reading tastes otherwise that'd be a great idea x

  2. I have not been buying as many books lately as I moved recently and had WAY to many books LOL. But there is a library walking distance from my new place. But I did buy a few really nice coffee table books that I have been wanting. And I did get Grace Coddington's autobiography and it is such a well designed book and a great read. These all sound like great books to read I will have to check some of these out at the library.

  4. I’ve read November 9 by Colleen Hoover years ago and I remember thinking it was good. I really want to try and get back into properly reading. I’ve literally got it on my to do list for this upcoming week to ‘start a new book’ haha x

  5. I've not bought any books for a while although I love popping into the works, I always think it's the most affordable for books. Although a look around a posh Waterstones is good too. Haha. X

    1. I can't just pop into The Works anymore as I always leave with way too many books! It's probably a good job there isn't a Waterstones by me, as that would be dangerous x
