Trying Skinkissed daily vitamins | Gifted

Beauty vitamins are something that I've always been sceptical off. I love the idea of them and how they claim to be revolutionary for your skin, hair and/or nails, but I've never heard of people repurchasing them to continue getting better results. Despite this I have heard great reviews from a bunch of different people who have tried beauty vitamins and how they were shocked by the results, so I was more intrigued.

Skinkissed recently sent me their vitamins for flawless skin*. These are targeted at improving your skin in an easy and simple way to consume. These contain vitamins C, E, A, B3, biotin and omega 3, 6 and 9, whilst being made in an anti-allergen facility and being cruelty free and suitable for Vegas. One bottle contains 60 dummies for you to take twice a day over a 30 day period, that can be consumed with or without food at any time. They are heart shaped and have a strawberry flavour which I really enjoyed. As they have a nice flavour and taste like sweets, you are more encouraged to take them compared to other vitamins and pills which you have to swallow. These can be found on Amazon for £19.95 which makes them an average price for beauty vitamins.

These claim to improve the overall appearance of your skin whilst adding hydration, increasing collagen, helping with anti-aging, rebuild skin tissue, strengthen and soften the skin and fight against breakouts.

I started taking these Monday July 6th and finished the bottle Wednesday August 5th. At first I believe I  was noticing a difference in my the texture of my skin and how hydrated it felt, however I also started doing my skincare more throughly at this time, which I believe played a huge factor in that. After the 30 days I didn't notice any difference in my skin and I would've stopped them sooner however I didn't want them to go to waste and was hoping for some miracle to happen at the end. Spoiler - it didn't.

Obviously there are no before and after photos, which may annoy some, however the reason for this is because there was no visible change or improvement in my skin whatsoever. I carried on the with the thorough skincare routine I was doing which helped add hydration to my skin, but I truly believe the vitamins had no part in this as my skincare routine does this anyway, without the vitamins.

The results I've seen that are incredible, are from people with hyper pigmentation, severe acne, scarring or redness. I would only recommend trying these out if you have skin like that and suffer with the same or similar problems. If you don't then I wouldn't recommend them as there's a high chance you won't see any visible improvements or changes from this. If you or anyone you know have tried these, please let me know what you thought in the comments down below.
