Are CBD products worth it | AD spon

CBD products are becoming more and more popular with them being made into sprays, drops and gummy
bears but also featured in balms, beauty sprays and skincare. There are 2 types of people when it comes to
CBD. Those who don't care for it and aren't interested and those who want to try it to see the affects it has.
I fall into that second category and I am so interested in how it works and whether it will benefit me.
CBD (cannibadiol) is a chemical found in the cannabid sativa plant (also known as marijuana). Unlike the
plant this doesn't contain any THC which is the compound that gets you 'high'. CBD is non-physcotropic
and will not affect or alter your state of mind. This is legal, safe, non-addictive and will not get you high.

There are many reasons that you can take CBD and experiment with it in it's different forms. The most
popular reasons to use CBD is for anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches and chronic pain. I was most
curious to try it out to see how it benefit my mental health and whether it actually helps with anxiety.

Be You recently contacted me and asked if I was interested in trying out some of their CBD products. I
obviously said yes, and since it's a topic that still isn't talked about enough I wanted to do a blog post.
They sent over their 5mg gummy bears which are exclusive to Superdrug and their 600mg CBD oral spray
(berry). The gummy bears are available in tubs of 40 for £17.99. The oral spray is available in 3 strengths
(300mg, 600mg and 1200mg) and you can choose from 3 flavours (natural, lemon and berry) for £17.99,
£29.99 and £49.99 depending on which strength you purchase. If you aren't interested in the spray they
also offer them as oral drops in the same strengths and flavours for the same price, and they also have a
CBD muscle balm for £17.99.

The gummy bears are orange and raspberry flavoured, and taste better than regular gummy bears in my
opinion. These are 5mg each which make them perfect for a little top me up and boost throughout the day,
and is the easiest way to track your daily dosage. These take around 1 hour to kick in and last for 6 hours
and are recommend to take regularly for best result. To maximise the effects of these, after chewing let the
gummy sit under the tongue so the CBD can rapidly absorb into the bloodstream. Do not take more than
24 (1200mg) a day of these.

I chose the oral spray in the berry flavour as they're what I usually gravitate towards, and I went with the
600mg as it's the middle option so I would know whether I wanted to increase or decrease the dosage.
Be You recommend starting with 14 sprays a day, spread over 2-3 uses. 1 spray is roughly 3.2mg and
14 sprays is around 44.8mg of CBD. You simply spray this under your tongue and hold for around 90
seconds until it is fully absorbed. As this is an oil it will be a slightly thicker texture, which goes away
almost instantly as it's absorbed.

I've been using both products over the last few weeks and have noticed that I feel a lot calmer after using
them. I feel less tense and stressed, which is a huge improvement for me. I have yet to use these at night to
see if they help me sleep better, but results show that as it makes you feel calmer and more relaxed you
might notice that your body gets tired quicker. I am looking forward to using these more and seeing if my
family notice a change/benefit with me after using them. I highly recommend if you are wanting to try
these out, and will definitely will be their muscle balm as well as more of the products from Be You.
