The best TK-MAXX beauty finds

When thinking of affordable or discounted beauty products I tend to stick with Boots and Superdrug.
I often forget that TK-MAXX stock amazing beauty products and brands, as I usually think of their
clothes and homeware range. I've realised recently how many amazing products I have found in my
local TK-MAXX, as I never leave the store empty handed. I always here people talking about the
finds in Homesense (homewear of TK-MAXX), but never the best beauty finds, so despite all stores
and stocks being different and changing, I wanted to share my favourite purchases.

I've only ever heard great things about the Anastasia palettes so you can imagine to find 3 of their
palettes in my local store. I first found Subculture back at the beginning of 2019, then I spotted
Riviera hiding at the back of a shelf around Christmas and the gorgeous Alyssa Edwards only a few
weeks ago. These are all still available online and can be found for £46 each. However I managed to
pick these up for only £24.99 each, saving a total of £63. The subculture palette is a darker more edgy
palette, the Rivera palette is inspired by jewels and the Alyssa Edwards palette collaboration is the
pop of colour we all need in our lives.

I am in love with the Becca shimmering skin perfectors after falling heads over heels for Champagne
Pop. I've only ever found a small amount of Becca products in TK-MAXX before, but when I saw
one of their highlighters I knew I had to pick it up. It was in one of those clear boxes, that the
perfumes come in, so I couldn't see what the shade looked like, so I took a bit of a gamble. It turned
out to be bronzed amber, which is a beautiful shade, however is too dark for me to wear on the
cheeks. So I used this on my body to add an extra glow. I picked this up for around £22.

The product that I've had the most use out of that I happened to find in TK-MAXX is the Pixi book of
beauty contour creator. I use this every time I do my makeup and don't know where I would be
without it. This retails for £24, however I believe I managed to pick this up for around £12-£15. I
have very fair skin and if I use a contour or bronzer with the wrong undertone then I either look
muddy or like I should be working in the chocolate factory with the Oompa Loompa's. The cool
toned shade under the white is the perfect shade for me. It gives me the definition and contour that I
very much need, whilst blending out perfectly, yet it doesn't make me look ill or dirty at all. This
product has made me love Pixi and want to try more of their products out!

I always forget that TK-MAXX have beauty accessories such as makeup brushes and tools. I've been
in there so many times and found some amazing products that I use daily. I was so excited, and most
likely screamed, when I found some of the Real Techniques powder bleu collection. I've only
managed to find 3 out of 5 brushes, but instead of being £20+ for a single brush, I picked them up for
less than £5. I'm still on the hunt for the remains to brushes, and hope to finish the collection soon.

Something I'm absolutely obsessed with and love are the Dr Paw Paw multipurpose balm's. I love
them so much that so far I own 5 of them and have a back up or the original. These can be used for
everything and anything, from a balm on your lips to repairing your split ends. The multipurpose
balms are really affordable and only retail for £6.95, but in TK-MAXX you can find them for less
than £3. They have different balms with different tints and scents, along with mini's and kits around
the holiday season. Every time I go into my local store they have so many available to choose from.

  6. I haven't been to TK-Maxx for agessssss now. There was never many 'goodies' in the beauty section in my nearest TK-Maxx which is rubbish. I will definitely be taking a trip there when this is all over x
