For years now, I've wanted to do a Q&A post but never thought anyone would send it any questions.
Since Instagram have bought in their 'ask questions' on stories, I thought it was perfect timing. I
asked for you all who follow me on Instagram to send me in your questions and I would answer them
in a blog post! I love that these vary in themes and are pretty random, but here are the A's to your Q's.
What do you do for a living?
I work with children at a nursery/preschool.
Describe your ideal holiday
Something hot and relaxing, but a place where I can go and see a lot and explore.
Have you ever thought about swapping over to vlogging?
I have, quite a lot. I'm very self conscious and since my blog isn't very big I think nobody
would watch. It's also quite difficult because of my regular job that I do, as to whether it would
be a good decision or not.
What did you want to be when you were little?
There was quite a few things I wanted to be, but the 2 that jump out to me was working in
Wilkos, because I liked their red tops and being a cooker. Not a chef, a cooker - like an oven!
I know I was a weird child!
Have you ever met someone famous? If so who?
Unfortunately I haven't. I was a few meters away from Aston Merrygold from JLS, when they
performed in a festival in my town, and I've met Brogantatexo but other than that nobody famous.
Have you ever thought about giving up blogging since it's a hobby?
I would love to sit here and say no, but at the end of last year I was thinking about giving up.
Not because I don't love blogging and expressing myself but because I felt like I was progressing.
I still write the same style posts, I don't make any money from doing this and it's been nearly 5 years.
However I thought about it over my Christmas break and realised how much I do truly love doing
this and I can't ever imagine giving this up for anything!
What is your dream holiday destination?
The Maldives or Bora Bora, but I would love to go to New York too.
Have you ever been to a festival?
Surprisingly I have. Me, my mom, dad and boyfriend went to Reading Festival in August 2017.
I wanted to go and see The Pretty Reckless and my dad wanted to see Eminem. It was really good,
but I ended up having a huge panic attack when Major Lazer came on and left just before Eminem.
Summer or Winter?
Weather wise I prefer Winter, because I love being cosy. However I love the atmosphere in
Summer because everyone is sos happy and you get the smells of bbq's most nights. My most
happiest memories seem to be during the Summer time.
Favourite makeup palette?
If you've seen my makeup collection posts then you will know that I have a lot, but I think my
all time favourite is the Jaclyn Hill palette just because it's got every colour I could ever need to
create a variety of looks but I also love the Shaaanxo remix palette.
How long have you been blogging for?
4 1/2 years. Can't believe it will be 5 years of blogging in July.
How do I go about starting my own blog?
Find the platform you want to start on (Wordpress or Blogger) and start by using their free templates
to get used to it and decide whether it's something you enjoy doing. The main thing is not to go with
what other people do or what you think will make you money in the future. Write about whatever you
want and you find a true love and passion in as that will make it more real and authentic to read.
