5 essentials you need in the Summer

Ever since I first started my blog nearly 3 years ago I have done many essentials post, but
my favourite to do are the seasonal essentials. As it is now Summer I thought it was only right
to do an essentials for Summer time post where I share my top 5 products that you need
for this time of year.

PINK LIGHTWEIGHT FAUX LEATHER JACKET
Despite it being Summer the English weather is not very reliable. This means it can be sunny
one minute and be raining the next. It is still Summer which means it can be quite warm even
whilst it's raining, so having a lightweight jacket is key. This Summer I will be living in my light
pink faux leather jacket that I purchased from New Look

ROSIE FOR AUTOGRAPH LIP GLOSSY
Wearing makeup in the Summer can be relatively annoying due to the heat, but sometimes
you want to wear minimal makeup, full coverage or no makeup at all. As a result of this I have
found the perfect lipstick/lip balm to suit any look. Rosie Huntington Whitely collaborated with
Marks and Spencer to create a beauty line. The lip glossy in the shade supermodel smile is the
perfect colour and finish to suit any look for this Summer time.

SO...? FRAGRANCE BODY MIST
During the Summer you don't want to be wearing a heavy Winter scent, but you want to make
sure you don't smell due to the heat. For Summer I like to wear more light and fresh scents, which
is why I love So...? Fragrance's body mists. They now have 14 scents ranging from florals to
more fruity scents. My favourites are; watermelon, pink grapefruit and

TANYA BURR BODY ILLUMINATOR
This time of year you start to wear more skirts, dresses and short sleeve tops. I am a very pale
person so I need all the sun I can get. I don't want to sit in the sun and I hate using fake tan, so
instead I like to use a body illuminator to add a glow and sheen to the skin whilst reflecting
from the sun. The body illuminator I like to use in from Tanya Burr as it has a warm vanilla
scent and adds both moisture and a natural radiance to the body.

ELIZABETH ARDEN 8 HOUR CREAM
Staying moisturised is key in the Summer, whether that be your lips or skin. I like to use the
Elizabeth Arden 8 hour cream as it is a multiuse product and can be used for a range
of different reasons. My favourite use for this is using it on my lips to combat dryness but
also on my elbows, knees, wrists and ankles to add moisture whilst in the heat.
