I'm not one of those people whom carry a makeup bag with them everywhere they go. In fact I don't even keep my everyday makeup in a bag on my desk, I keep it with the rest of my makeup so I know where each exact product is (the OCD in me). However I thought I would still show you what would be in my makeup bag if I'm travelling somewhere or stopping at someones house. This is what I wear when I do decided to wear makeup, and I do switch up products a lot but I still have my essentials and go to products.

Your base in your makeup, can make or break your entire look. It doesn't matter how many products
you use to achieve that look, but it's how you use and blend them to work for your skin. Personally I like to use a range of products to achieve the finish and look that I want, but I do try to use as little of the products as I can, whilst still getting the look I want, so my base wont go cakey or oxidise throughout the day.
Cheeks

The cheeks for me is where you finally start to your makeup coming together. After your base, I find that your face can look quite flat because there is no colour or definition. Personally I have really fair skin and don't have defined cheekbones, so I like to fake it! I use bronzer to add colour, a contour kit to add some shape and defintion to my face, blush to add some life and colour back into my skin and a highlighter because who doesn't want to look like a glowing disco ball that could blind people miles away?!!

Eyes are something that I don't do everyday as mostly I don't have time to get the look that I like. But when
I do decide to wear eye shadow then I like to use neutrals, that are mainly mattes but I do like to use some shimmer shades in the inner corner, brow bone and the center of the life to give the illusion that I'm more awake. I like to use a range of different eye shadows so this is often switching up and getting changed. To
give extra defintion I like to frame my face by doing my eyebrows and putting some mascara on my lashes.
Lips

Despite having a lot of lipsticks, and a lot of bright and bold lipsticks I always go for either a tinted lip balm or a my lips but better lipstick to wear on a daily basis. Tinted lip balms are my favourite as they're more moisturising than a regular lipstick, they give some colour and you don't have to worry about them coming off throughout the day when you are eating or drinking, as they sink into your lips and leave a sheen to the lips.
