February favourites

Last month was so slow, that I think it made February fly by. This month has felt busy, but in reality it's been quite relaxed. Me and Liam went to Brighton for the weekend, I got 2 new tattoos, it was the first half term of 2018 and I also spent most of it relaxed at home. I fell in love with a lot of new products this month after purchasing quite a few makeup items whilst in Brighton (huge makeup haul coming new week). This month I have been loving Kiko as I have recently discovered their products. I can't believe we are now going into March, and that we are 1/4 of the way through 2018!

Kiko lip me lots blush - coral cuddle
Kiko is a brand that I've been loving this month, but the product that I've been loving the most is the lip me lots blush in the shade coral cuddle. Not going to lie, the packaging is what made me want to purchase this as it is the cutest thing I've ever seen. For as long as I can remember I have been obsessed with the MUA mosaic blush in English rose, so when I used this I was shocked at how much I loved it. This is the perfect rosy glow shade, that adds just the right amount of colour to the cheeks without being too overpowering. Definitely my new favourite blush.

Loreal have recently released more products to their infallible range, including 5 new primers. None of the primers caught my eye other than the one targeted for luminising the skin. I liked the look of this primer because it reminded me of the lumi magique primer that Loreal also do. This has a pink undertone which is perfect for my skin as I am very fair. I love using this because it's super lightweight and adds an effortless glow to your skin.

Whilst I was in Brighton I came across a Kiko store. Since I hadn't ever tried anything from Kiko
I wanted to look at everything. As soon as I went over the lip section, this lip gloss caught my
eye. I don't know if it was the sleek modern packaging or the baby pink shade or the intense amount of glitter it had but I fell in love with this gloss. I didn't know how it would look on my lips due to
the glitter particles, but I was shocked to find that it didn't look intense at all and added a beautiful gloss to the lips without feeling too chunky and drying.

If you have been reading my blog for a while now then you will know that I have a huge obsession with highlighters. I love highlighters so much that I have a drawer in my makeup storage just for them. When I was browsing the Kiko store, it was obvious that I had to try a highlighter from them. I picked up their glow fusion highlighter in the shade brilliant champagne. This is the lightest shade that was available, and the one that looked like it would suit my skin the most. I like to use this over the top of another highlighter to make it truly pop on the cheeks. This is super soft and is easily buildable, to make sure that you get your desired look.

Rimmel lasting finish lipstick - 101
When I bought the Kiko 3D lip gloss, I was struggling to find a lipstick that I thought would compliment the gloss nicely. I found the Rimmel lasting finish lipstick in the shade 101, was the perfect shade to wear alongside the gloss. This is a matte lipstick but it feels super hydrating on the lips. This is the perfect medium toned rosy pink shade, especially for transitioning into Spring.
