Soph x collaboration review

If you spend a lot of time on Instagram and Youtube and love makeup, nails and anything
beauty related then you have most likely seen posts from Sophdoesnails. Sophie recently
announced that she was collaborating with Makeup Revolution to create an eye shadow and highlighter palette. It wasn't until I saw the palettes in person that I fell in love with the shades
 and thought I should try them out.

The eye palette has both warm and cool toned shadows that are matte, satin and shimmers so there are truly colours and finishes that everyone will enjoy. The wide shade range helps to make sure
that no matter what your skin tone, this palette will suit you. I would describe this as a more Autumn - Winter palette because the majority of the shades are warm toned with a shimmer finish, which
 just screams to be used in the colder months.

I have only tried 1 Makeup Revolution eye shadow palette before, so I didn't know what to
expect with the palette in particular. I was blown away with the pigmentation of the shades, and
the overall quality of the shadows when applied to the eyelids. You can purchase this from

If you are trying to find the perfect highlighting palette for yourself or even for a makeup kit, I
would 100% recommend this palette for you. This comes with 8 highlighters ranging from white to peach to even purple. Upon first reaction I didn't think I would get along with the highlighters as 

the shades didn't look right for my skin and I didn't know how the quality of them would be. 

After swatching it, I was well and truly shocked by the quality. You get 8 highlighters retailing 

for £8 which works out at £1 per shade. I have never found a highlighter so cheap that is such
high quality. They have a smooth velvety texture which helps when applying them to the cheeks.
