I say this every month without a doubt, but I cannot believe that August is over and we are now in September - the back to school month, leading up to autumn, hot chocolates and Christmas. The upcoming months will contain a lot more autumn/winter products, so this will most likely be the last monthly favourites with slightly, and I use slightly very loosely, Summer items until next year.
These are my favourites for August and I can't believe we're now in September.
ZOELLA REED DIFFUSER - HOMEMADE TREATS
After a classic late night browsing session on Boots I found that there were a handful of Zoella products that were on sale for a reduced price. I had previously chosen my favourite scent of the reed diffusers and saw that my favourite was reduced to only £7 instead of £14. My favourite and the scent that I chose was in homemade treats. Since first purchasing this I have bought 2 more - totaling to 3!!
LOREAL PARADISE MASCARA
After hearing so much about the new Loreal paradise mascara I knew I must have it. So I decided to go on a search for it. After looking in a handful of shops I finally found it in Boots whilst I was shopping. The packaging is of course, incredible with the rose gold casing but the mascara itself
helps add volume as well as length, without leaving your lashes looking and feeling clumpy.
SHAAANXO EYE AND LIP PALETTE
I have been a fan of Shannons videos and work for quite a few years, and I finally got round to purchasing her collaboration with BH Cosmetics. I was able to purchase this of the BH Cosmetics website for $14.50 (£11.25). I don't reach for the lip palette on a daily basis, but this month I have been reaching for the 9 eye shadows that the palette contains. For a full review click here.
LOREAL INFALLIABLE TOTAL COVER FOUNDATION
One of my favourite things to buy and try out are new foundations. I had my eye on the Loreal infalliable total cover foundation for a while but decided to pick it up when I noticed there was a 3
for 2 deal. Upon first use I was shocked to find that it was more of a thick liquid texture, but after application I was surprised by the full coverage and the overall finish, as well as the lasting power.

SOAP AND GLORY ORIGINAL PINK BODY SPRAY
Last month was mine and Liam's 1 year anniversary and one of the presents he got for me to celebrate was the Soap and Glory happy glamping gift kit. I love everything it contained but my favourite was the original pink body spray. I like using body sprays as they are a simple and easy way to top up your scent throughout the day without carrying your perfume around. This has the classic Soap and Glory scent, that is enriched with bergamot, amber and musk.
