There are many different things that beauty and makeup offers but how often do we get a chance
to sit down and think about our journey, how far we've all come but also what we love about
 makeup. A lot of people think it's a confidence booster but it is also an expression of art and
passion. I found a beauty tag online and decided to do it to reminisce of previous times.

DO YOU REMEMBER YOUR FIRST MAKEUP ITEM?

I don't know if it was my first ever makeup item, but I do

remember having a mascara in a purple tube from Beauty UK

 and foundation from Laval.

DESCRIBE YOUR PERFECT MAKEUP LOOK

My perfect makeup look would have to be a full coverage base,

with a soft pink eye shadow look, nude lip and bronzed skin.

WHAT KIND OF FOUNDATION COVERAGE DO YOU PREFER?

Overall I prefer wearing more high coverage foundation to give me 

a flawless base and even out my skin tone.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE HIGH END BRAND?

I haven't tried a wide variety of high end brands but I love Becca

for highlighters and also Urban Decay for eye shadows.

WHAT COSMETIC BRAND HAVE YOU ALWAYS WANTED TO
TRY, BUT HAVEN'T YET?

There are so many brands I haven't tried out yet but I would love

to try out; Too Faced, Hourglass, Tarte and Jeffree Star.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE HIGH STREET BRAND?

I believe I have tried out 85% of brands available in the high street but I
think my favourite has to be Maybelline at the moment, but I also love
Revlon and Rimmel.

DO YOU LIKE TO WEAR FALSE EYELASHES?

When I first went to IMATS I picked up some false eyelashes

and loved them, but I don't wear them anymore. The main reason

for not wearing them is because they are always too long or not 

natural enough and it's much easier for me to use mascara.

WHAT MAKEUP ITEM CAN'T YOU LEAVE THE HOUSE

WITHOUT WEARING?

If you asked me this question a year ago I would have said foundation

or mascara. But now I like to have my eyebrows done, even if 

they are only lightly filled in.

WHAT IS YOUR MOST CHERISHED BEAUTY ITEM?

My most cherished beauty item has to be either my Urban Decay

naked heat palette or the Becca amethyst highlighter. 

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SHOP FOR MAKEUP?

I would like to say not very often because I don't often do a big

makeup splurge, but I probably purchase a new makeup item every 

2 weeks - a month.

DO YOU SPLURGE  OR STICK TO A BEAUTY BUDGET?

I tend to know what makeup items I want and what I'm going to 

purchase so I usually stick to a beauty budget, but I do like to splurge

on the occasional makeup item.

ARE THERE ANY BRANDS THAT YOU STAY AWAY FROM?

There aren't any brands that I stay away from but if I try a few different

items from a brand and don't like them or they don't agree with me

then I tend to stay away from them just in case. 

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU BUY THE MOST OF?

Lately I've been buying a lot of cheek products and 

eye shadow palettes, but overall I have a great amount of

lipsticks ... more than I'd like to admit.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE PLACE TO BUY MAKEUP AT?

I use high street makeup the most which means that I 

enjoy shopping at Boots and Superdrug, as they are the main

stores we have in the UK for high street makeup.

IF YOU COULD ONLY BUY FROM ONE BRAND FOR THE REST 

OF YOUR LIFE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?

If I had to choose a high end makeup brand to only buy from then I 

would choose MAC as they are suited for every skin type, shade and

finishes. If I had to choose a high street makeup brand to only buy

from then I would go for Rimmel because they have great foundations

and mascaras which are some of my favourite products to wear.

WHAT CELEBRITY HAS THE BEST MAKEUP?

Obviously Kim Kardashian has great makeup, but I really 

like Kylie Jenner's makeup and Shay Mitchell's makeup looks.

WHO ARE YOUR FAVOURITE BEAUTY GURUS?

My favourite beauty gurus are; Nikkie Tutorials, Tanya Burr, 

Shaaanxo and Jaclyn Hill.

HAVE YOU EVER TAKEN A BEAUTY CLASS? 

For such a long time I have wanted to take a makeup class 

to perfect the skills I know and learn even more, but unfortunetly 

I haven't yet due to time and money.

WHAT IS THE BEST MAKEUP BRAND FOR PACKAGING?

Benefit and Too Faced definetly have some of the cutest

packaging on the market with their designs and product names.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT MAKEUP?

My favourite thing about makeup is the endless brands, shades, finishes

and formulas that are available. I also love how it gives you a chance to 

express yourself in a visual form that can also give you more confidence.

Not only that but I love the amount of different looks that you can create with

makeup, even when using the same makeup item.
