Glam Autumn Winter Makeup Routine

Wearing makeup for me lately has become a treat. I used to wear it everyday but after I came back off holiday and my skin cleared up, I stopped wearing makeup all the time. So instead of doing an everyday Autumn Winter makeup routine, I decided to do my glam Autumn Winter makeup routine which I wear when I want to feel glam and a lot more put together than my rolled out of bed usually everyday self!!

For this makeup look I like to have a flawless base so I use to start off I use a smoothing primer to 

give a flat smooth base to the skin for the makeup to apply better. Then I go in with  a full coverage

 foundation  and concealer and make sure to set that all in place with a translucent powder. 

As it is the colder season and we are going into Christmas there isn't a lot of sun, especially here in

England, so I add colour to my skin using a bronzer and the appearance of cheek bones that look

sharp and chiseled by contouring. You can't forget about bringing some life back to your cheeks with

blush and around this time I like to use slightly darker colours such as cranberries and darker pinks.

Obviously make sure to apply highlight to complete the skin so I use a gold toned highlighter.

I use a brow pencil and tinted brow gel to the eyebrows to add some defintion and shape. I like

 to add some colour and depth to the eyes so I use warm toned browns on the eyes and make 

sure to extenuate the brow bone and inner corner by using a light shimmery shadow. I do also 

add coats of  mascara, but I embarrassingly forgot to add to the photo!! 

To finish off the look I use a darker toned nude lipstick and make sure to use a setting

spray to fix the entire makeup look in place and finish off the entire look!
