Battle of the Eye Palettes

I own way to many eye shadows and eye shadow palettes, more than I'd like to admit.
Most of the eye shadow palettes that I own are small and compact, I actually don't own
many larger more exquisite palettes. As another part of my "Battle of" posts I
thought I would put my eye shadow palettes up for the battle.
I picked up the Seventeen easy on the eye palettes back in November and I
have used them a few times but if I am completely honest I don't reach for them
that often. I think the reason for this is because the colours are beautiful
they are all very similar. They do also have great pigmentation but some of the
other eye palettes I own have and hold much better pigment.

Out of all of the palettes that I am pinning against for battle the Urban Decay
naked basics 1 palette is the first one that I owned. This is the palette that I reach
for when I want the perfect transition shade and also if I am wanting a super
neutral eye look as this has the perfect lid, transition, crease and
highlight shade along with some extra for definition all in one palette.

When I heard that Tanya Burr was adding eye shadow palettes to her cosmetics
range, I immediately set my alarm for the launch date and ordered them
first thing that day. Thankfully I managed to get all 3. These have such beautiful
pigmentation and a great range of neutral colours throughout all 3 of them.
My favourite out of all of them is the Hollywood eye palette. This is because it
is a gold themed palette that has shadows in that are great for creating the perfect
and ultimate gold eye look, which I have recently become obsessed with.

The most recent palette that I got was the Stila eyes are the window palette in
spirit from my Nan for Christmas. This is my favourite palette out of all
of them because they such beautiful shades that are so different to anything
that I own. The thing that made me want to get this palette (I picked it out as a
present) was that it has the shade kitten in it. This is one of the most
famous shadows from Stila and I knew when I saw it in this palette that I had
to have it within my possession.
