5 makeup products that need to be talked about more

There's something so satisfying about finding a new favourite product, that you haven't heard anyone else
talk about before. A true hidden gem. Over the last few months I've recently started loving makeup again.
Everything from wearing and buying it to writing reviews and sharing my favourites. For a long time I lost
that part of myself and didn't really care, but I feel like I've got my mojo back with it now. As much as I
don't want to share this post, because they are my favourites and I don't want them to sell out, I know I
can't be selfish and that it's only right to share these incredible products with you to help elevate your
everyday routine, night look, collection and so much more!

Pot concealers are something I've never gravitated towards as they are often thicker and more
cakey which lead them to enhance the imperfections on my life I recently heard Sophdoeslife talk
about this how this was a dupe for the Glossier stretch concealer and since it's over a third of the
price I picked it up. This is super creamy and hydrating on the skin which helps to blend out and
cover and imperfections and redness. I love to use this under my foundation as a spot corrector and
apply my foundation over the top for a flawless base.

Looking back I can't believe I ever used to use a shimmer bronzer. Now I have to use a matte bronzer, or
nothing. The matt bronzing powder from Essence is perfect because it truly has no shimmer or irridscent
throughout, which helps to create a natural bronze to the skin. As someone with fair skin I can struggle
with finding a bronzing that is the right shade without being too orange or too grey. This has everything
I'm looking for in a bronzer; no shimmer, the perfect shade and a seamless and even blend.

Lately I've been loving a bolder blush (I blame Mikayla). Over the summer I started gravitating
towards more pink tones as I find they suit my fair complexion the most. Since I loved the Loreal
life's a peach blush I picked up the melon dollar baby blush a few months ago and have been loving
it ever since. This is a beautiful baby fuchsia that compliments my skin and any makeup look.

The make or break item in my makeup routine is definitely highlighter. If my highlighter is too dim then
so is my mood. It completely ruins my look no matter how flawless everything else is. There is no one I
trust more with highlight, than Jaclyn Hill. I knew that if I only got to purchase one thing from her brand it
had to be a highlight. So I did. The beaming light loose highlighter is that glow I didn't know I needed.
This is enriched with super-fine lustrous pearls to give you that intense yet buildable wet glow look!

I'm not one to use a pomade on my brows, as I find it to be too heavy and harsh on my face.
However a pomade brow pencil is different. I recently picked up this baby got back brow pencil
from Essence and haven't looked back since. This is super creamy which blends out evenly and
effortlessly on the brows, whilst letting you have full control to create hair like strokes.

  6. I wonder how the Collection concealer compares to the Glossier one? I adore the Glossier one and do need to repurchase at some point.
