Reducing your sugar intake with Waterdrop | AD spon

This is a product only AD with Watedrop

One of my goals every year is to become healthier. We can always be a healthier and better version of
ourselves so why keep putting off, start now. Something I find helpful is starting off with small
changes first, as you won't notice them but over time they make the biggest differences. That being
said, I am starting to reduce my intake of sugar. When I think of this I just think of the amount of
sugar in food, and often forget about how much sugar is compact into our drinks. I was recently
contacted by one of Europes fastest online growing companies, Waterdrop to try out their sugar free
microdrink. After doing some research I was so happy to work with them, not only to help me reach
one of my goals but also to share with all of you who are wanting to become healthier and more
sustainable in your everyday life, both health and environment wise.

Waterdrop's mission is to reduce the intake of sugary drinks and live a healthier and more sustainable
life. They have created a cube packed with nutrients that they have named a 'microdrink'. The
microdrink doesn't contain any sugar, but still gives the same taste as other drinks. It contains a
combination of super fruits, vitamins and natural aroma. This is currently available in 8 flavours and
has something to fit everyones likes and wants. Each microdrink contains 12 cubes for only £6.99.

BOOST - blackcurrant, elderflower and acai
DEFENCE - cranberry, rosehip and moringa
FOCUS - lime, baobab and acerola
GLOW - mango, cactus fruit and artichoke
RELAX - hibiscus, acerola and aronia
YOUTH - peach, ginger, ginseng and dandelion
CLEAN - herbs, juniper berry and stinging nettle
ZEN - *mixture of microdrinks*

There are a lot of sugar free drinks on the market that claim to taste the same as regular sugary drinks,
but what makes these different? These have all the nutrients you need in 1 tiny cube the you simply
choose you desired flavour and add to water, reducing the amount of wastage by 97%. Despite not
using as preservatives this still stays fresh due to the recyclable PET packaging.

When it comes to products like this that are a powder and dissolve into water I'm always scared to
try them, as the texture of drinking powder freaks me out. I've tried so many similar products over
the years that just haven't worked for me, but due to the combination of baking soda and other
ingredients this fully dissolves when added to water and you can't notice that anything additional
has been added. Once you add a microdrink into your water, leave it for a few minutes for it to
completely dissolve and then it's good to drink.

Waterdrop also offer one time use, environmentally friendly water bottles for on the go, alongside
presentation bowls for storing the microdrink cubes, tote bags with a bottle compartment and more
accessories on their website. They also offer sets of the microdrinks for you to test and find your
favourite, as well as sets that combine the microdrinks and one of their gorgeous water bottles.

Use code 'LEAMAI5' for £5 off any order over £30 until April 30th.
