The best way to whiten your teeth | AD

Whitening my teeth is something I've always wanted to do but I was definitely hesitant. I didn't 

know if it would add extra sensitivity to my teeth and how much it would cost. After a while I gave 

up looking and just used regular whitening toothpaste. When Marbonne contacted me and asked if I 

wanted to try their teeth whitening kit I jumped at the chance. I've seen these hundreds of times on 

Instagram and decided that it was my turn to see if they really work.

This is recommended that you use it every day for 6 days in order to get the best results. I wasn't 

sure as to whether or not this would work, after only 6 uses but I was shocked by the results. I saw 

results instantly and my teeth kept getting whiter and brighter as I continued to use the kit. It is also 

recommended that you limit your intake of colour foods and drinks such as wine and coffee.

 This does claim to lighten to your teeth up to 10 shades whiter, and I can confirm that my teeth have 

definitely gotten whiter. From day 1 to day 6 of using this kit my teeth went from a shade 6 to a shade 

2/3. I've always had slightly stained teeth and the dentists have said it's completely normal, but to 

have brighter teeth has given me such a boost of confidence that I didn't know could happen from 

something as simple as whitening your teeth.

STEP 1 - Gently clean your teeth 

STEP 2 - Take the battery out of the LED light and remove the plastic tab

STEP 3 - Attach the LED light to the mouth tray

STEP 4 - Apply 1/4 of the syringe to the top and 1/4 of the syringe to the bottom 

and top of the mouth tray. Make sure the gel only touches the front of your teeth

STEP 5 - Place mouth tray over your teeth and press the button for the LED light

STEP 6 - Leave this sitting for 10 minutes. The LED light will automatically turn off

STEP 7 - Remove the LED light from the mouth tray and rinse it out

STEP 8 - Smile and enjoy your new whitened teeth
