Colourpop x Zoella - is it worth it?

I was so excited when Zoe announced that she was collaborating with Coloupop. I've ever tried 1
colourpop product and it was incredible. Since then I have wanted to try out more and thought this
was the perfect opportunity to do so. You could say killing 2 birds with 1 stone. I was going to
purchase this myself however my boyfriend Liam, said he was going to get it for me as a birthday
gift. Instead of buying each item individually, he picked up the PR collection so he saved money.

This did take a while to arrive, which I believe a quite a lot of other people experienced too, however
I was so excited when it did, so I could test it out and use it for myself! Zoe said that her inspiration
behind this collection was originally going to be Galentines as it should have been released earlier,
however since the release date was pushed back she still wanted to keep it in the same theme, so
changed it up to a brunch theme for those cute lunch dates you have with all your friends!

PRESSED POWDER BLUSH - SOUL MATE
This is a rose pink shade, described as a petal pink, with a light amount of shimmer running
throughout. On the cheeks this is super soft and looks very similar to your natural cheek colour,
which gives the appearance of a more natural makeup look. It's super bendable and easy to apply.

PRESSED POWDER HIGHLIGHTER - SWIPE RIGHT
At first this appears to be a champagne shade however it's more peachy and also has a pink reflect to
it. This is unlike any highlighter I own, and I would instead use this over the top of my blush rather
than a direct highlight on my cheekbones. This is really soft to swatch and apply, however it does
have a lot of fallout from the pan since it is so soft, but this does not affect the colour payoff.

BRUNCH DATE EYESHADOW PALETTE
First of all the packaging for this palette is incredible and super cute. If you don't like the shadows
you can just admire the packaging! The entire palette is filled with warm toned neutrals with a pop of
matte blue. Each shade feels super soft and buttery both when swatching and applying on the eyes.
All the shades compliment each other and can be worn in a variety of different ways, ranging from
day to night looks and natural to bold.

Champagne toast (golden champagne), pancakes please (antique bronze), french toast (Burgundy
brown), skinny latte (metallic rose gold), cinnamon sugar (bright copper), mimosa (rusty terracotta),
maple syrup (warm caramel), sundae funday (electric pink copper), sunny side up (soft peach),
americano (cool-toned brown), brunch club (matte cobalt blue), extra slice (chocolate brown with
rose gold glitter).

SUPERNOVA SHADOW - BELLINI - OG
These creme shadows are what I was most excited for out of the whole collection, not just because of
the beautiful shades but also because I'll get the most use out of. Bellini is a rose gold/bronze metallic
shade that is super pigmented, whilst OG is a bronzed champagne with silver glitter which is more
sheer. Both apply evenly on the lid and compliment each other as well as any eyeshadow look.

CRÈME GEL LINER - XOXO - SINCERELY YOURS
Although initially looking black and brown, these have a duo-chrome shimmer throughout them. The
black liner has a silver glitter and the brown liner has a more gold/rose gold glitter. I was shocked at
how creamy these are, despite the name, and how easy they are to apply without pulling or tugging.

LIP BUNDLE - WHAT HAPPENS AT BRUNCH - GIVE US THE GOSS - MY DAY ONES
What happens at brunch (@me ultra matte lip and oh snap lippie pencil), is the more purple toned
nude bundle out of the 3 bundles. My favourite is the Give us the goss lip bundle (self love club ultra
matte lip and bossy lippie pencil), which is a classic nude set. My day ones (little one ultra matte lip
and lippie pencil, is definetely the most dramatic out of them all and is a classic red shade perfect for
any occasion. The lippie pencils are super creamy and easy to use on the lips, without being drying or
dragging your lips whilst applying them. The ultra matte lips apply evenly and dry really quickly
without drying out your lips and keeping the colour throughout the day. Both pair perfectly together.

BRUNCH DATE MAKEUP BAG
This is the perfect size makeup bag that will fit all of your makeup and brushes in, but isn't too big
where you overpack. This is a translucent structured square shape which is my favourite type of
makeup bags because they really hold your makeup in place and doesn't let everything fly all over
the place, whilst seeing everything inside. Fits the entire collection and more inside.

You can buy them individually ranging from $5-$18 (£3.79-£13.63) or you can buy the
PR collection for $89 (£67.39) saving a total of $33 (£24.99) from colourpop.com.

Have you tried this collection out yet?
