October favourites

None of these photos are mine.

Now that October is over and we are now in November is it acceptable to talk about Christmas and only Christmas? I think so. As I get older and the days go on, I am convinced the months and years are flying by...either that or I'm loosing time. I cannot believe October is over. It feels like I only just went back to college. I could sit and ramble on all day about how the months are just flying by, but instead I wanted to share my October favourites with you all.

MAX FACTOR FACE FINITY PRIMER
I have been stuck in a bit of a rut with primers lately. I tend to stick with the Loreal lumi magique and Benefit porefessional primer. This month I decided to switch it up and use the Max Factor face finity primer that I bought a while ago. The second I applied this to my face I knew it would be a staple in my makeup routine. This has a smooth silky texture that sinks into the skin and helps to lock in your foundation and make it last all day. This can be found in Boots for £10.99.

LOREAL TRUE MATCH POWDER
Other that the powder I use under my eyes, I don't really have a preference. This month I started reaching towards the Loreal true match powder. The formula itself is so lightweight on the skin but sets your face for the whole day. Also being super pale it can be quite difficult to find a powder that suits my skin shade, but this powder is perfect for me. This can be found in Superdrug for £6.99.

LOREAL COLOUR RICHE LIPSTICK - J'LO'S NUDE
This month I have found the ultimate 'my lips but better' shade lipstick. I have had the Loreal colour riche J'LO's nude lipstick for a while, but never reached for it. I randomly grabbed a lipstick at the beginning of the month and it turned out to be the perfect natural glossy shade for me to wear on an everyday basis. I cannot believe I haven't used this sooner. This can be found in Superdrug for £6.99.

REAL TECHNIQUES MINI MIRACLE COMPLEXION SPONGE
I never thought that I would get to a point in my life where I needed the worlds tiniest sponge to do my makeup. Well the time has come. I truly cannot do my makeup without using the Real Techniques mini miracle complexion sponge. I have the regular size, which I used to use for my concealer but after receiving the mini sponge as a gift I cannot go back! The perfect size, for concealer and getting into smaller areas of the face. This can be found in Boots for £7.99 for a pack of 4.

SO...? FRAGRANCE BODY MIST - ROSE PETALS
Since I received my first Betty Box I have been obsessed with the So...? fragrance body mists. Despite being Autumn, I have found myself reaching for the scent; rose petals this month. It is more of a Spring/Summer scent as it is floral, but being a mist it is lighter and not as strong as a regular perfume. This can be found in Boots for £3.99.
