Looking at the photo above makes me think that April has been super boring but instead it has been one of the best months so far. Yes there are only 4 favourites this month, but I have spent the majority of this month focusing on myself and getting ready for my holiday. This has also been a very odd month with me having a week of college for being ill, 2 weeks off for Easter and 1 week for my holiday. I have spent the majority of this month doing absolutely nothing and I'm ok with that.
My favourite favourite this month has been my pink faux leather jacket from New Look. I originally
went into New Look for jeans, and came out with more than expected. This was definetly my
favourite thing that I picked up. I have been after a faux leather jacket for years but could never find one that I liked. When I saw the pink shade I immediately fell in love and knew I had to have it. I tried it on and was so glad that it fitted perfectly. I like to wear this with the majority of outfits and colours, to make me feel more put together and girly.
If you have read my skincare and beauty haul post then you will know that I picked up 3 of Garnier's moisture bomb tissue sheet mask. Even though I hadn't tried these out before I knew I would like them as they has moisture in the name. I not only love these because they add moisture and nourishment to my skin, but also because it is a sheet mask meaning it is super easy to use.
Also in my skincare and beauty haul, I purchased a new eyebrow pencil from Maybelline. I decided to pick up the Maybelline master shape brow pencil in the shade soft brown. The main reason I picked this up was because it was only £2.99 and was just a normal brow pencil. When I first tried this out I was surprised to find out that it was quite waxy. I don't usually like waxy eyebrow pencils as they tend to slide all over the place and not be very long lasting, instead this adds the perfect amount of pigment whilst lasting all day and making my brows look super natural but defined.
In a previous post I talked about my first designer purchase, which was a purse from Ted Baker. For the longest time I have wanted a purse from Ted Baker and after turning 18 I decided to purchase the knox manitee metal corner leather purse in baby pink. This was an expensive purchase but it is one of my favourite purchases I've ever made. Check out my full review here.
What are your favourites for this month?
