Top 10 Makeup Products

I have done many posts of my top favourite products, but I don't believe I have done
a top 10 favourite makeup products. I wanted to share with you some of the
products that are my favourite and are a staple in my makeup collection.

The Collection lasting perfection concealer has so many good reviews about it due to it's amazing coverage, and that it is available in the drugstore for a really affordable price of only being around £4. I like to use this over top of my Rimmel wake me up concealer under my eyes to cover as well as brighten or on it's own on top of spots, redness or imperfections as it covers them up without leaving the skin cakey.

I had never tried any Sleek products before so I knew that when I had the opportunity to try something out I would pick up one of their ever so famous blush-by-3. I got mine in the shade pink lemonade which has 2 powder shades and 1 creme. I have since purchased 2 more but this is still my favourite. I think this is because although all 3 shades are pinks they are so different and can be worn in all seasons and look great when on .

When I heard that Collection was coming out with a contour and highlight duo I knew that I had to try it as the drugstore doesn't have a lot of contour products available. This with a contour shade that it quite ashy (despite not looking like that in the pan) compared to other contour shades I have, which I like as I have fair skin and more ashy shades work best for me. I was really surprised with how much I liked this and even the highlighter as I had such low expectations for this but turned out to be a really nice colour with great pigmentation.

Some of you might know that I purchased Becca moonstone highlighter and didn't really like it and didn't think it was worth the hype. However I have been using that more lately and am starting to like it more and more. When I saw that Jaclyn Hill's highlighter had been released in the UK I asked and got it for Christmas. I love this as because it is a champagne/gold shade it suits my fair and light complexion.

I think that the Beauty UK high brow eyebrow kit was one of the first eyebrow products I bought and maybe even one of the first makeup products that I owned. This is by fair my favourite eyebrow product that I have ever bought and it is super affordable and can be found in Superdrug. I think the reason I love this so much because it comes with a light shade that isn't too cool or warm toned for me. I also like this because it comes with a dark brown that isn't too dark that I can use to give extra definition to the other tail of my brow.

Trying to find mascara that I really like is quite difficult for me, mainly because I am quite picky. I like to have bristles brushes rather than plastic, as I find that they apply better. I also like them to be both lengthening and volumising. There are very few mascaras I like but one I do like is the Max Factor 2000 calorie lash affect as it adds a lot of volume and gives a lot of definition to the lashes.

I have 9 Maybelline 24 hour colour tattoos but shade 91 creme de rose is my absolute favourite. I really like this one as although it has rosy undertone it doesn't show up overly when applied on the eyelid. It is great to neutralise the lid, reduce the appearance of discolouring and veins whilst making your shadow last longer. This has also been compared to MAC painterly paint pot.

Another one of my Christmas presents from my Nan was the Stila eyes are the window palette in sprit. This is one of my favourite palettes that I own because it has the shade kitten in it which is a highly raved about shade from Stila. I also like this because it has such beautiful colours in it, that aren't too warm or too cool toned.

MAC's velvet teddy lipstick is one of my favourite lipsticks that I own. The reason that I picked this up was because Kylie Jenner used it and everyone was talking about it so I wanted to see if it was worth the hype. Not only for the formula and the great pigmentation but also because of the colour being so perfect. I love this colour because although it is a brown it's not a dark brown that is hard to wear, it is more of a neutral everyday shade that it is super easy to wear.

Finding a makeup setting spray that isn't ridiculously expensive and is also easy to find in stores. When I noticed that MUA had just released one for only £5 I knew I had to try it. Since then I have repurchased it a countless amount of times and I love it that much that I can't do my makeup without using this. Another reason I really like this is because I have super sensitive skin and this doesn't make me break out or react with my skin in anyway.
