MAC lipsticks are definetly a staple item in my makeup collection. They have a range of
formulas, finishes, pay off and colours which give other brands a run for their money. Personally
I only really wear nude lipsticks, so when I buy lipsticks from MAC I want to get my moneys
worth so all of the lipsticks I have are nudes. I have done a previous MAC lipstick collection and I haven't purchased anymore but I have used them more, which means I have a better opinion.
My favourite lipsticks that I own from MAC are; velvet teddy, creme cup and please me. Velvet
teddy is the one of the most popular as Kylie Jenner used to wear this. This shade in particular
is a medium toned brown which is a very 90's colour. Creme cup is a great everyday shade because of the light baby pink shade. Please me is probably my all time favourite as it is the perfect 'my lips but better' shade as it enhances the natural rosy pink tones in your lips.
Matte shades are the most long lasting and don't give any sheen to the lips. Although these are
mattes they still keep your lips nourished by adding moisture as they aren't too drying on the lips.
The satin finish is is long wearing and the opacity remains whilst being nourishing and smooth on the lips. Lipsticks with a glaze finish are on the more sheer side but still add a glossy sheen. The
cremesheen finishes are very creamy and glossy as well as hydrating and still keep their pigment.
