Girls Night In

One of the best things in life is pampering yourself, and it gets even better when you get to do it with your girlfriends or, my personal favourite, your mom. For me there are certain things I have to do in order for it to me a girls night or a pamper session. Not can this be a girls night in but can also be a great me, myself and I day where you shut out the world and focus on yourself. I mainly do this!

The first and most important part of any girls night is a face mask. I have a basket full of face masks but on days like this I love using the Montagne Jannesse. These are only 99p and are really easy to use. I mainly love these because they are targeted to help improve your skin by aiming at areas that you struggle with such as; dryness, sensitive skin, large pores, blackheads and many more.

Since I've been having my nails done I don't get to paint them anymore, so when it comes to painting my toenails I jump at the chance ... as weird as that sounds! There is something both relaxing and satisfying about painting your nails so what better time do to so. Anywhere you can add glitter, add it you wont regret it, especially with nail polish.

On days when you're having a night in whether that be with your girlfriends, mom or even just yourself it is always good to treat yourself, not only through pampering but also through food. For me chocolate is the ultimate treat food. For Christmas I got a Hersheys chocolate syrup and Ed's diner milkshake jar. Making your own milkshake is a treat so is a must have on a girls night.

I love to read but magazines are so much better when you try to relax. I like to read fashion, beauty or gossip magazines in order to chill out. Cosmopolitan magazine hits all of these areas but I also receive the H&M magazine through the post, which is great to see the new clothes and homeware.

A film or tv show is great any time of day, month or year and I love to watch anything girly. Sex and the city hits this perfectly. I haven't actually watched the tv series yet but after watching the films I know I will love it! Horror films, comedies or chick flicks are great for nights in.
